The Chef’s Creation
The Chef’s Creation Food Co is an Irish owned company based in Dublin. Established in 2005, we started as a production support to large scale Event Caterers and Hotels, providing bespoke menu items ready to serve for banquets. We have continually evolved over the years and recently our customer base has expanded to include quality home delivered meals, including Homecare packages alongside supply to top management catering companies where we help with the production of weekly menu planners in the workplace.

We operate a “real traditional kitchen” cooking naturally with no additives so you can be assured when you purchase any of our dishes, you will be getting wholesome, tasty, natural food.

The “Living” range is suitable for the modern living style, with dishes cooked naturally as you would at home, with an emphasis on healthy ingredients that you can work into your home daily meal schedule. Made fresh but freezer friendly, these can be ordered in bulk to save you time over the week or frozen in case of emergencies.
Box Kits & Sharing Platters
Our Box Kits & Sharing Platters are designed to help with entertaining at home for casual gatherings, maybe a Book Club, Poker Night, Movie Night, watching sports events or just generally hanging out with family or friends. Trays of Chicken Wings, Lamb Koftas, Pulled Pork Slider and Fish Cakes are just a selection of dishes on offer.

Here at The Chef’s Creation we cook the highest quality meals in a wholesome and nourishing manner. We only use natural ingredients in all of our dishes so each bite is as fresh as the last. We do all of this to make as many people as happy as we possibly can.
Meet The Chef
Derek Dunne
Having trained at the famous Jury’s Hotel Ballsbridge in the early 80’s as part of a kitchen brigade of 60, Derek worked through several fine dining establishments including The Grey Door, Locks and a seven year stint as Head Chef at Restaurant Na Mara Dun Laoghaire.
Derek then took a position as Executive Chef at The Glenview Hotel, Glen O’ The Downs for seven years. During this time, Derek spent ten years as first a member and then Captain of the Irish Culinary Team, competing at International events in Germany, UK, USA, Switzerland and Luxembourg and winning numerous Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals along the way.
